I had a short nose, bulbous nose, and even contraction, so I went to seriously 9 clinics and had surgery at the second most expensive private clinic. On the day of surgery, when I saw the splint I was like huh? but I thought it would be okay once the swelling went down Today I had the splint removed and now I think it failed.. ㅠ At first, during surgery, they said the glabella area had been made too high, so for this revision they said they would slightly lower the glabella area, use ear cartilage + autologous costal cartilage + silicone for the nasal tip to make the nostrils show less and raise the nasal tip that was low compared with the bridge, so I went into surgery But there’s almost no difference from before surgery.. lol They say it’s because the swelling hasn’t all gone down yet, and once it goes down, the raised columella will come down and the nasal tip will drop but if the nasal tip drops more from here, I feel depressed wondering why I paid this much money and endured this pain for surgery that barely made any difference.ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It’s a problem if the nasal tip doesn’t drop and it’s a problem if it drops and the nose becomes low too Has anyone had a case like mine? Will it get a bit better once the swelling goes down .. Like 0 Empathy emoticon Translating Do you want to save this review? +0 This review is a surgery review pursuing a glamorous-natural look.

During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
