Please take a look at my nose and give me advice

How long has it been since you had it done? If it hasn’t been 6 months yet, you can think about it after 6 months. Some people’s noses keep coming down until they’re begging it to stop coming down (like me..)

[@하띵이] I’m 1 month post-op But since it’s autologous costal cartilage.. I don’t think it’ll come down For now the nasolabial angle is coming down, but the nasal tip is still hard as a rock And there’s no change in the photos either

At first my nose was really high and looked very obvious too, but now it has come down a lot. I do think it definitely gets lower as time passes. But it didn’t become the natural-looking nose I wanted,, it still feels high

I think lowering it would be the right choice... Mine was like that, and later on, as the swelling went down, it got even sharper and started looking like Pinocchio because they had extended it too long The nostrils also looked longer in a straight line, so aesthetically it looked too much like a surgically done nose.. If yours was already on the long side originally, I think they shouldn’t have lengthened it a lot. The nasolabial angle is okay

[@user] It's okay, you can keep asking. I really know how you feel.. It was okay to do it after 6 months.. But I opened it a total of three times. First I opened it after completing 6 months, and then the next time was after a year and a half (all at the same hospital). I think it's better to lower it significantly when you lower it. I lowered it bit by bit, so I opened it often, which put more burden on my nose, and during recovery from the last surgery, the tight feeling and pressure lasted three months, so it was hard! They were all at the same hospital, and mine was also a flashy-style place, so they kept lowering it little by little. Honestly, even now I think it's high, but I don't want to open it anymore... so I'm just living like this! Before, it really looked like Pinocchio, pointy, and I was anxious like it might break through, but now, hmm.. there is some showing-through and it feels slightly pointy

Nope. Whether you lower it or remove it, you have to wait anyway. In the early stage it really looks awkward and strange, but as time passes, the swelling goes down and you also adapt to your own face, so it can become okay. Whatever it is, if it isn't a complication, no early correction XXX. Don't ask here; calmly manage it, wait, and then decide. Now is not the time to make a decision.

[@user] First, don't remove the silicone if there is no inflammation After I removed the silicone, the step-off got worse. With no implant, it was harder to reinforce the step-off. Like the person below said, let's at least complete 6 months first I totally understand what you mean when you say you uploaded a pretty photo. When I uploaded photos here, I also uploaded the photos that looked relatively pretty.. First, after completing 6 months, study the materials, get an explanation from the hospital about how your nose was operated on, look at the nose shape at 6 months, and then think about what to do If you've opened it twice now, this is really the time to be careful... And I think you should stop doing revisions at the same hospital now. I thought from the post that this was your first surgery.. I think the doctor's aesthetic sense itself is just wrong..
