Nose Re-Surgery

I got a piggy nose, so I went to the clinic…!!!!!!!!!!

<When it hadn’t been long since my first nose surgery, which I posted in my previous post><I feel like there’s no reason it would suddenly lift like this except contracture.. How can they decide this isn’t contracture?><Front view of the nose -> it looks slightly asymmetrical, but from the front it definitely looks less contracted than from the side>Hello everyone. I posted recently, and it got more views than I expected, and I also developed some additional concerns, so I’m writing again like this.. Around January of this year, my nose suddenly looked upturned and shorter. So I immediately went to the clinic for a follow-up, and they said it wasn’t contracture, it was scar tissue. I just heard that and believed it, and I felt so relieved that I lived about 9 months like this until now. But in my previous post, many people here told me to go to other clinics too and said it looked like contracture, so yesterday I went to two places: the original clinic and a clinic famous for revision surgery. I think I’ll go to one or two more places from now on. First, at the first clinic!! They said again that it wasn’t contracture!!!!!!????? That was the diagnosis I got. They said it was because of scar tissue, and the plan was that they could correct it with a closed approach by taking autologous dermis and attaching it under the nose,, At the second clinic… hahaha They said it’s a typical!!!!! contracted nose!!! When I got the CT, the silicone position looked strange too..?!?!?! It’s been about 1 year since surgery, but my nose is also too hard.. and so on, when they considered everything overall, they said it is a contracted nose everyone was right. I wanted to deny it too, but I had kept all possibilities open, so at least I think I cried less than I did in January.. haha But fortunately, for now there’s no pain or anything like that.. except for very occasional stinging.. Still, they said that for contracture, I’m a lucky case and thankfully a plan can be made.. Well, my nostrils were naturally small, and after raising the nasal tip, they became pinched and small, so maybe that’s why the nose looks less visible from the front. And maybe it’s because other than looking upturned, there isn’t any severe deformation or anything like that. Still, once it’s found, it’s better to have surgery as soon as possible, so if I do it, I think it’ll be around November. The doctor said it rises gradually, but the consultant said you really never know the future, that it could suddenly rise sharply again, and that it’s better to do it as soon as possible, so it did feel like they were unnecessarily pushing me, (so I ended up feeling even more rushed I get really stressed by this kind of pressure, sigh) Still, the second clinic is famous for revision surgery for contracted noses, the doctor’s consultation took up a large portion, and they explained things extremely thoroughly, so it seemed okay. It wasn’t factory-style, and their aftercare service was good too. I do trust them (first of all, the doctor really looked at my case as if it were their own work, and the review photos showed they can handle difficult surgeries, so I trusted them even more), but the estimate was so high that I’m worried. I think I need to do more online research and in-person consultations. Still, if I like this place, I think I’ll do it here without worrying about the price. In case there are people who really know noses well and have a lot of revision experience.. Could you look at my plan? First, remove the existing silicone and autologous costal cartilage (I had autologous costal cartilage in my first surgery), and reconstruct at the same time as removal! What to put in the nasal bridge instead of silicone: MegaDerm (donated dermis)! If inflammation is ongoing, this can’t be used. If it can’t be used, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge + scalp fascia. The nasal tip will be autologous costal cartilage! This time they have to cut everything open, really.. I cut my rib from the first surgery because I didn’t want revision surgery, and yet.. haha^^… *If anyone has had MegaDerm or scalp fascia, please let me know your review in the comments hahaha Ah, they take it from the scalp because of scarring, but honestly I don’t care if a scar is left on my butt.. There would still be some difference in the estimate between scalp fascia and buttock fascia, right? But if sitting during the recovery period would be too uncomfortable, maybe having my head hurt would be better instead lol *And since I’m going to do more online research for now, could you also tell me additional clinics famous for revision surgery and contracted noses!!? Please help meㅠㅡㅠ p.s. I did book one place for now, but that place tends to pursue a flashy style.. It’s a place I researched during my first nose surgery, and I booked it urgently for now. But it’s also famous, and first of all, comparing the doctor’s diagnosis and plan is the priority, so I’m planning to go for a consultation.
