My nose is slightly crooked and I’m thinking of having the silicone removed. What do you think about doing it at a university hospital instead of a regular clinic? I’ve seen a lot of posts saying they don’t recommend university hospitals because they don’t focus much on aesthetics and only focus on removal. But when I think about safety, it seems like having it done at a university hospital would be the right choice.
