All the reviews I wrote before are very detailed and are in my post list, so please make sure to check them. I had total removal because I developed contracture, and what was inside and what surgical method was used are explained in the most detail in my first post, so please refer to that. To put it briefly, I removed the silicone and everything at the nasal tip, didn’t put anything in the nasal bridge, and because I originally had some indentation as the contracture developed at the nasal tip, I filled it with autologous dermis. Until 2 weeks, I really liked my nose so much, and when it had been a month, as the swelling on the nasal dorsum went down, only the swelling around the nasal ala was insanely severe, so I had a bulbous-looking nose, and the area on the nasal dorsum where the silicone had been looked severely indented.
