Second clinic consultation review My nose: low bridge and bulbous nose Desired look: I wanted an extremely natural style. I preferred no implant. I booked with the director at ㄷㄷㅇ(ㅊㅅㅊ) and went. There was no consultation fee, and they took a CT scan. 1. The consultant was kind. Sometimes when I go to a clinic and see the consultant’s face, if they look overly like a surgically enhanced beauty, I hesitate, but that wasn’t the case. She listened to me well and calmly answered all my questions. 2. There was no wait time on a weekday afternoon. I’ve sometimes seen doctors who make you wait an hour and then come out in surgical scrubs to consult, but after consulting with the consultant, I immediately consulted with the director. 3. When I said I was scared and wanted no implant, the director said my nasal bridge is too low, so using an implant is the right choice, and rhinoplasty itself is inherently risky, so if I was going to do it in such an ambiguous way, it would be better not to do it. (True lol) He lifted and checked how it would look with only the nasal tip done, and it was definitely better to raise the bridge together with an implant... He said alar reduction would be unnecessary if the nasal tip is raised. As for side effects, more than silicone, it all depends on the doctor’s skillㅠ 4. At first I wondered if the doctor was the stubborn type, but it was just that particular vibe doctors have(?), and communication was good. He states what he thinks is the right answer, and if I say, “What about lowering it like this from there?” he accepts it. The consultation time was long, and he touched my nose a lot and lifted it several times. I was holding a mirror and looking at my nose together from the side until my eyes almost rolled back. Based on what I heard at consultations at other clinics, he explained issues that could arise from those plans. It wasn’t that he criticized other clinics, and they were parts I also thought were problematic. 5. He explained issues that could appear after nose surgery because of my nose characteristics (the skin above the nostrils is thick, so there could be some lifting), and said I would need scar-tissue injections for that. 6. During the consultation with the director, the consultant came in together and listened. So when I consulted again with the consultant afterward, I think communication went better. Overall: I still have three more places to go for consultations, so I can’t decide for sure yet, but if I had to answer O/X, this clinic is O. After this clinic consultation, I removed the previous clinic from my list.
