It’s now been exactly one month since I had nose surgery at It’s B hehe~ To be honest, the swelling around my philtrum still hasn’t fully gone down, so it is uncomfortable when I put on makeup or move my lips Still, a friend I recently became close with said they had no idea I had nose surgery a month ago and that it looked like I had no swelling at all!! When you look at my pre-op photos, my nose was this low.. and it was a bulbous nose that spread out to the sides, but friends who didn’t know what I looked like back then said they thought my nose had always looked like this hehe From what I feel, the shape is one thing, but compared to before surgery, breathing has really become so much better, and I can even blow my nose several times, so I really like it! Even when I tie my hair up, should I say my facial line looks different? It looks like my image has become a bit more refined hehe Oh, and the materials!! This is something I really wanted to mention. After thinking it over and over, I followed the director’s recommendation and used donated costal cartilage plus silicone. At first I was a bit anxious, but once the swelling went down, I realized I was so glad I listened to the director telling me to use both... Otherwise, my nasal bridge might not have come out this much, and I might have ended up getting revision surgery.. Oh, how many months does swelling remaining around the philtrum usually last? Will it get better by around next month haha I’m starting to have some year-end plans The swelling should all go down before then, right?
