It had been a long time since my first rhinoplasty, but my nose gradually became crooked and blunt, so I got revision surgery. As I got older, I also lost facial fat, so while I was at it, I got fat grafting too. Wow~ I think it was such a good choice lololol Because I got rhinoplasty + fat grafting like this, my swelling lasted a bit longer than most people’s, and I had a habit of touching my face, but because of the fat grafting, it was hard to hold back and try not to touch my face. But if this is the result, I’m super satisfied. The photos are in order from before surgery to day 4, week 2, and week 3 after surgery. Oh, for reference, I personally didn’t really like an overly natural look, so I got surgery somewhere between natural-glam and glamorous~ Keep that in mind~!
