This is my first surgery. Do you think it turned out well enough? My nose was very low and upturned, so rather than increasing the height, I focused most on refining the broad parts and improving the upturned nose. Because of my original nose shape, even with surgery it couldn’t go 100% in the direction I wanted, but I’m fairly satisfied. What do you think? I’m jealous of everyone whose original nose was pretty, so it became pretty just by adding height For me, rather than making it higher, it was more about lowering it because of my nostrils.
