I didn’t do the nasal bridge and only did the nasal tip using donated costal cartilage. I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it came out straight, and the columella was also a bit retracted, so I didn’t really like the shape. From one week after removing the splint, I could see the nasal tip gradually dropping. The bulbous nose improved from the front, but there is nostril asymmetry, and from the side, the nose height became the same as before surgery; because it drooped, my nose and midface actually look longer. Now, after several years have passed, I’m looking into revision surgery.
