There’s no particular sign of inflammation from pain or external injury, but I’m confused whether it might be contracture. After nose surgery, does everyone usually go for regular checkups?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
