I had it done in the winter of 2024, and since it was my first surgery, I wanted it to look completely natural, using no implant and only ear cartilage. But I actually want a refined yet natural-looking nose like Minji’s I’m satisfied with the height of my nasal bridge even now, but my nose is too big and it still has a bit of a bulbous nose look, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery ㅂㄴㄴ seems to match my aesthetic taste, but are there any other places you’d recommend?? Also, for people who had revision surgery without an implant, I’m curious whether you had any drooping even after a few years.
쥬키 It’s pretty though;; What if you do it for no reason and it gets ruined I think it looks fine now
skooxk Hmm, I think it would be hard to get a Minji-style nose without an implant, since the nasal tip needs to be made a bit pointed? defined.

shinshin02 It’s pretty Don’t touch it If it were a side effect, that’d be different, but if not, don’t mess with it
마지막성공 Don’t do it, it’s pretty now. I think you’ll regret it
문히야 It’s pretty now though..
아보카도샌 But it’s seriously so pretty now. Could I ask where you had it done..?
유픽스 When I went around for consultations at ㅂㄴㄴ, I also went to ㅎㄷㅁㅎ and ㅌㅇㅅ. ㅌㅇㅅ had a more similar aesthetic sense.
jaehar It’s pretty now too, but if the hump bothers you, I think it’d be okay to do it
성북동어귀 True, it doesn’t seem to have that refined yet natural look right now I also looked into revision surgery this time, and ㄷ도ㅇ, ㅇ반, 제ㅇㅌ, and ㅁ인ㄷ also have a decent refined-natural feel, so I’m planning to go for consultations there
뼈여쿨 [@AvocadoSand] The clinic I went to disappeared, so I can’t tell you If I at least write the surgical method, I only did the nasal tip, and they put in ear cartilage and postauricular fascia.
뼈여쿨 [@skooxk] For the nasal tip, don't they use either costal cartilage or ear cartilage anyway? What you mean is that you think you need to raise the nasal bridge with silicone and do the nasal tip at the same time too, right??
