I had my first nose surgery in Gangnam, and in less than a month I developed contracture, so I immediately went back to the hospital where I had the surgery and had it removed. About 8 months later or around then, that hospital did a revision surgery for free, using silicone and ear cartilage just like in the first surgery. After they removed the splint and I looked at it, my nose looked pinched again. They said it couldn’t be helped because it was originally a nose that had developed contracture. But one side keeps getting more severely pinched, and now the side area is also starting to show signs of tissue contracture. My nose also keeps lifting up. If I remove the silicone and have revision surgery, about how much should I expect the cost to be? I heard I also need to go to a lot of consultations

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 26 What would it be like to remove a septal extension graft??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 26 Will my nasal tip drop more? It's day 9
I had revision surgery because of an arrow-shaped nose, nasal tip drooping, and cartilage showing through. It's day 9 now. Will my nasal tip drop more from here? I like the current angle of my nasal tip, but I'm worried that once the…

I had my first surgery and now I’ve only had the silicone removed, but my nasal septum is deviated, so I’m planning to get revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. If anyone has done it, please share the cost
