Nose Re-Surgery

I have a question about revision rhinoplasty

When I had my first rhinoplasty, they used my septal cartilage, and I developed a deviated septum. Rather than for cosmetic purposes, since one side of my nose is narrow, I can breathe, but it feels a bit uncomfortable, so I’m thinking of correcting the deviated septum. If I have it done at an ENT clinic, since my septal cartilage has already been used, I think they would need to use autologous costal cartilage. I’m curious whether ENT clinics also use costal cartilage in this case, and whether insurance coverage applies since it’s a revision surgery. Has anyone here had this done??
