Nose Re-Surgery

Please look at my revision nose I’m thinking about lowering it

First of all, I’m sorry I can’t tell you the clinic. And because I wanted to show photos that came out properly, I took them under fluorescent lights with no editing, so please understand the pores and oiliness that got even more hopeless during recovery. I’m in a really severe obsessive state, and I’m 1 month post-op (it’s been 26 days). The nose in the photos isn’t my original nose. When I was a student, I went to a clinic with my mom, and my mom handled the consultation, so they did it with only cartilage + alar reduction, without an implant + around 10 years ago. I had also had a Hiko thread procedure, and it still looked like that. Anyway, I went to a clinic known for a glamorous style and brought photos of Sae Kyung for an elegant-glam look. First of all, I don’t like the surgical result. They said they built up the nasal bridge with 2.5 mm autologous costal cartilage and used the septum too. I had functional nose surgery, had the mole under my nose removed, and lowered the columella. Oh, and because the thread procedure had been done badly, several threads had come up to just under the skin, and they couldn’t remove them from inside, so they made a slight incision on the nasal dorsum and pulled them out from the outside. I have Mepiform on that area now. Seriously, because they were removing those threads, a lot of tissue was lost, and especially because of the threads gathered around the nasal bridge, even more tissue was lost there, so they used artificial dermis too, but it absorbed + because they made the nose tip too high, a slight step-off developed. So I feel like I won’t be able to avoid an AS anyway, and I’m thinking of asking them to fix the step-off after 6 months and lower the nose tip too.. Because it’s a bulbous nose, the fact that they projected it forward so much really bothers me, and my face isn’t exactly elegant or that kind of vibe, it’s a bit sharp-looking and has strong features. So I thought a glamorous nose might not look bad on me, but maybe because I gained weight, it feels like only my nose is a building and the rest is a thatched house?? So please give me advice on what to do From the front, the bulbous nose correction was done properly, and it didn’t become a pinched nose, so I’m roughly satisfied around this point. It didn’t become too thin, and because they didn’t put in a high silicone implant in the bridge, it didn’t become Avatar-like either. I like the starting point too. But the problem is they made the tip too high, so my skin is struggling too... My skin is thick and doesn’t stretch well. I’m worried not just about a few years later, but much further in the future too.. I’m already older, so I feel like my skin will thin quickly too.... If I do AS, I’m going to ask them to revise it with a closed approach. Would that be possible? Right now, at 45 degrees and from the front, the bulbous nose correction is definitely noticeable, so I like it to some extent, but the side profile is seriously way too much. My mom and husband also say the front view is okay, but from the side, the nose tip looks like it’s been pulled out too much, so my mental state is getting worse and I’m going crazy. But then when I search posts, everyone says it comes down. But I don’t think mine will come down, and swelling? Swelling doesn’t have a dramatic effect either I feel like it’ll stay similar to this It looks way too obviously operated on and artificial, right? What should I say to them? Open surgery was so hard for me, and unless it’s an inflammation issue, I don’t want open surgery. One month felt like a year. Can this be solved with a closed approach?. It’s a problem when bulbous nose correction is done too clearly and glamorously too Was the surgery done wrong, or is it just awkward? I’m going crazy because my nose changes several times a day. And I thought about it a lot for a month, and it’s like my nose doesn’t suit my face? My ideal is a pretty, sharp nose, but I’m kind of round-nosed and have a fortunate-looking face, with a lot of facial fullness, and my face is round too. So after surgery now, it feels like those old photos of TWICE Jihyo when she had gained weight? And as you can see, my original nose didn’t have small, tiny nostrils. Even my original nose had nostrils that looked quite long from the side. So I’m not taking issue with that part. Anyway, my problem is the nose tip. Does it look serious? It would be better to lower it a bit after 6 months, right?? Anyway, as you can see, my original nose was even more serious, and even after surgery, I couldn’t avoid a bulbous nose.
