Those who have had nose surgery, please read this. I’m asking for your help.

I had nose surgery in August. Then, a week later, when I tried blowing my nose, it wasn’t the bridge of my nose but the nasal ala that was completely deviated to the side, visibly so. Maybe because a lot of people went to that hospital, the staff there were very stiff and cold. But even after seeing my crooked nose, they said the doctor was in surgery, so I should come back 4-5 hours later or come in 3 days later. I came out with the older sister who went with me and we were eating, and she said this wouldn’t do, that I should go back to the hospital and see the doctor before leaving. So I went back to the hospital, waited about 4 hours, and met the doctor. At that time, they said we should put tape on my nose again. So I waited another week without even being able to remove the tape, and when I went back after that, they said to keep it on for 3 more days. Anyway, after all that, I ended up deciding to have revision surgery in October. I had to work, so I really couldn’t wait any longer. My face, because my nose was crooked, made my nostrils uneven, and it was incredibly stressful. Honestly, the doctor said nose surgery wasn’t that difficult, and maybe because that hospital specializes in facial contouring, they treated nose surgery as if it were a simple procedure. Before my nose became crooked, I also didn’t think it was that important. Now I regret it a lot.. The nose surgery method was soft silicone, and for the nasal ala they used cartilage and Gore-Tex. They operated on my ear cartilage twice, and they took it from both sides both times. On the day I had the revision surgery, I really didn’t like the nasal tip, so I told them to make it higher than this. It’s now been over a month since the surgery. The nasal tip seems to have gotten even lower, and it looks like they raised it only very slightly, as if they were trying to make the surgery as stable as possible. So I thought it was fine as long as it wasn’t crooked, but once the swelling had mostly gone down, people said the nasal ala had shifted slightly to the side... I really felt like I was going crazy. So these days I’m living while looking in the mirror again, and when I look in the mirror, from the bridge down to the nasal ala it’s not a straight line; it’s slightly deviated to the side,, I haven’t gone to the hospital yet, and I really don’t know what I should do. I want to know if surgery normally just doesn’t come out straight like this. I hate the shape of my nasal tip so much that I feel like I’m going crazy.. In a case like this, how should it be resolved? After surgery, I also have a runny nose even though I don’t have a cold,, It was a place I researched before going, and it was famous on the internet too.. Is it only me... Everyone, please help me
