Hello, I had surgery this January, with silicone and ear cartilage,, But I asked them to raise the tip of my nose, and because my nose tip was originally very low, it didn’t get much higher,, still, I let it go for the time being,,, but after summer passed, , something like a pimple swelled up on the bridge of my nose,, I thought it was a pimple,, But it wasn’t,, underneath there was a dip, and the part above it looked slightly protruded, so I thought it was a pimple. Later when I touched it, it felt like there was a slight groove below it,, So I went to the hospital,, They said that because my nose is shaped like that itself, even though they used three layers of cartilage, the space between the silicone and the cartilage is an empty space,, And that there’s nothing they can do about that,, -- So I got upset and said, then does that mean I have to live with that groove for the rest of my life,, Then they said they would do a revision surgery in winter,, But if it gets low again after using cartilage,, then it’s because the silicone is too high, so they said they’d remove or lower the silicone,, I have to lie on the operating table again.. I’m an office worker, so I’m waiting until February to do it,, So for now they filled it with filler.. But instead of a narrow, sharp nose,, the tip of my nose has collapsed, and it kind of looks like a garlic nose? A blunt one,, What good is it if the tip is high, it’s blunt,, So when I have the revision surgery,, I want them to refine the previous cartilage used on the tip, make it sharper, and place cartilage on top of it,, is that possible?/ I really regret having had surgery these days, At first it was really pretty, but,

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
