Day 12 after nose surgery!! Please help!!!

I had nose surgery exactly on October 27!! (no osteotomy, just silicone + septal cartilage) Today is day 12 after surgery. The day before yesterday, which was the 10th day after surgery, I was eating and suddenly blood started dripping from my left nostril I was startled and tilted my head back, and the nosebleed was pouring down my throat and coming out of my mouth, it was really chaos It stopped after a while, and after work that day I went to the hospital. The doctor looked and said that the blood vessels inside my nose are more exposed than other people's, and, so to speak, it was like a coincidence where one thing happened to overlap with another. He said the blood vessels had originally been thinly covered, and it just happened to bleed after the surgery Then he asked me, You must have been stressed because you usually get nosebleeds often, right? Not at all,,,,,,I,,,have never had a nosebleed even once in my life until this age I really lived without even knowing what a nosebleed was Anyway, I had nothing more to say, so I came home that day and while I was sleeping,, blood started streaming from my left nostril again So the amount was really like some kind of blood fountain,,, Again I couldn't sleep and stayed up almost all night, then went to work Then I didn't bleed for a whole day, but today again, suddenly blood started dripping from the left nostril again and it really came out like crazy It was truly the most it had ever come out. All the tissues I held against it turned red, and blood even dripped all over the jacket I was wearing Because so much was coming from the left side, the blood even moved over and came out of the right nostril too,, the double nosebleed I'd only heard about,,;; So I immediately went to a nearby ENT clinic, had the blood removed and hemostasis done,, After a while, the bleeding stopped and I took a taxi to the plastic surgery clinic Today, of all days, my surgeon wasn't there, so another doctor saw me That doctor said the surgery may have strained the blood vessels, and on top of that, because I'm on my period, it could be even worse, and blocked both nostrils with cotton, so I came home,, I really have never had a nosebleed even once in my life until now Right now, I don't know whether the hospital doesn't know a specific cause or isn't telling me, but they keep only saying to watch it a little longer I can't function because I don't know when I'll bleed again,, I'm going crazy, I feel wronged, and I'm scared What possible causes can be guessed at right now? Could there have been something like the doctor accidentally mishandling my nose during surgery? Should I just watch it like the hospital says? I'm so scared and feel like I'm going crazy,, Because I'm bleeding so severely, I'm dizzy and can't go about my life Also, since blood has poured out like this three times, do I not need to worry about things like inflammation?
