A shadow beside the bridge of my nose

On one side, the shadow on the nasal bridge area just won’t go away It’s been a month since my surgery, so why does this keep happening? There’s a sunken area between the Gore-Tex and my original nasal bridge, and that part creates a shadow It looks strange even in photos, and my nose looks so obvious, like two straight lines After a month, most of the swelling should be gone, so what should I do about this
