<Before><Before><Before><After><After><After>Hello :) Today I’m going to leave a review of the rhinoplasty + chin implant surgery I received at Be The New Plastic Surgery. Originally, my nose was low and I had almost no glabellar height, so my side profile looked flat. So I proceeded with 5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. I also had a chin implant placed at the tip of my chin to balance the overall side profile. Right after surgery there was quite a bit of swelling, but after about 1 month, the line gradually settled and looked much more natural. Especially because the nasal tip uses autologous costal cartilage, it feels firm yet natural, and as time passed, the shape looked more and more refined. The chin implant also had a bigger effect than I expected, and once my chin came slightly forward, my facial proportions looked much better. Before, I worried it might look awkward if I only raised my nose, but doing the chin together really made my side profile feel neatly balanced. While the swelling was going down, I consistently used cold compresses and just managed it well so inflammation would not occur. Now the swelling has almost all gone down, and I really like the nearly straight nasal line + natural nasal tip. From the consultation at Be The New, the director matched things to my facial shape and captured a natural yet glamorous feel, so I think the result came out satisfying too.
