And I personally think the columella is really important too, so before surgery I emphasized that I wanted it brought out beautifully, and they shaped it very prettily, so I’m really satisfied!! The materials used were ear cartilage + septal cartilage + silicone, and the surgery included the nasal bridge + osteotomy + hump correction + nasal tip. I heard that after surgery, the height of the nose can sometimes differ between the left and right sides, but mine looked the same from both sides. The nostrils are also very well matched without asymmetry! Since I’m still only at the 1-month mark, there’s swelling at the nasal tip and a tight, firm feeling around the glabella, so I’m just waiting for the day it all fully goes down. After getting my nose done, my lower face looks more recessed and my side profile looks more three-dimensional, so I really like it. For my eyes, it was revision surgery, and I even got posterior canthoplasty! Even after double eyelid surgery, I was so stressed about my sleepy-looking eyes, so I just did it while getting my nose done. It was done by incision, and originally I had a semi-out fold, but I changed it to an in-out fold. When I got the double eyelid surgery, it was under partial sedation anesthesia, and I could feel how meticulously they were doing everything During the surgery, I could clearly tell it was different from the clinics I’d gone to before. My eyes used to look dull and lifeless, with no visible sparkle, but now I can see them shining! If your nose is similar to mine and you want a refined-but-natural look, I recommend it! The director’s aesthetic sense is seriously good.
