I guess you really never know when your nose will start drooping I thought the drooping was bothering me a bit, but looking at it lately, it feels like it has really drooped. It’s been 5 years since my surgery When I took photos and compared them, it’s definitely clear My friend is about 2 years post-op too, and drooping happened to her.. She said she looked into a certain clinic, but are they good at revision nose surgery?? She said she was looking in that direction because they say it doesn’t droop as easily if you use autologous costal cartilage I had never even thought about revision surgery, so I really don’t know this side at all.. I honestly don’t know hospitals well If it’s revision surgery, should I go to more than 5 places? I need to start looking into it soon, but is it difficult..

나지금바빠 It seems like most people consult 4-5 places.. I’ve only managed to see one place so far... For me, the silicone at the nasal tip is showing through a bit too.. So I’m mainly looking at hospitals that have a lot of experience handling costal cartilage and various implants well, and that do many difficult surgeries..? Places like that
nana차 If it’s revision surgery and there’s drooping, there definitely do seem to be a lot of reviews using autologous costal cartilage But honestly, it also feels burdensome, so I’m considering donated costal cartilage too. I’m planning to look at a few places and add at least one or two more
