My first surgery turned out natural, so I want to make it higher and more dramatic from here.. I heard revision surgeries are usually done a lot with autologous costal cartilage, but why is that? Is it just because septal cartilage or ear cartilage gets absorbed quickly..? How is autologous costal cartilage at OM, Louvre, The Door, and The Nan? I'm curious what kind of cartilage they usually recommend if you say you're getting a revision surgery at these places
