Everyone, is it simple to lower the starting point of the silicone at the glabella..?

I had nose surgery, but the starting point of the silicone at the glabella is almost right under the brow bone, and the side profile has improved, but from the front, the bulbous nose correction didn’t work, and my nostrils are uneven too;; Would they do an after-service correction for this too?
