The support in my nasal tip with ear cartilage is still fine, but the silicone has shifted slightly to the side, so it looks crooked in photos. I’m thinking of removing only the silicone in the nasal bridge. When I had a consultation at ㅊㅁ, they said that on CT it looked like even if I removed it, the line and height difference would probably be okay, and that removing only the silicone would be fine. I have a consultation scheduled at ㅌㅇㅅ on Friday, but I’ve seen so many posts saying contracture can happen even if you only remove the silicone, so I suddenly feel really lost about what to doㅜ Are there actually people who only remove the silicone and end up with good results?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
