<Before><After> I had my first surgery 5 years ago, and the silicone shifted sideways, the nasal septum inside my nose bent into a C-shape, and after removing the silicone and feeling my nasal bones, I realized the lateral osteotomy had also been done asymmetrically. So after taking out the silicone, when light shines on it, my nose looks crooked. I didn’t have any other side effects, and because I was simply dissatisfied with the shape, I had only the simple nasal silicone implant, 4 mm, removed a week ago. I could put up with it if I had to, but my nasal bridge looks much more like a scooped-up, upturned nose than I expected, so I don’t think it suits me well. Whether using silicone or autologous dermis, is there a hospital that’s good at revision surgery? In my case, I live outside Seoul, so I’m planning to go to Seoul for it. I’m thinking about revision surgery for the nasal bridge, nasal dorsum, and septum. If anyone has had a consultation, please share the cost, what was discussed, and any recommended hospitals Also, if I do get revision surgery, I want to do it as soon as possible. It’s been 6 days since removal, so from when would revision surgery be possible??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 21 Do you not recommend removal just because you’re unhappy with the shape??
It’s not a botched nose, but I feel like my original nose, which had a slightly lower angle, suited my face better than a more defined, high-bridged nose. I think removal would feel psychologically easier than revision surgery, but I…
