Anyone who had revision rhinoplasty at JㅇJ, please tell me the pros and cons or give me some advice. Is it difficult to lower the columella in an upturned nose? If there’s a place that’s good at surgery for upturned noses, please recommend it. Please also let me know recommended materials for revision surgery. Because of side effects, I was thinking about dermis, but I heard the absorption rate is high, so I’m considering using another material. They say they crush cartilage and graft it so it adheres, but it’s my first time hearing about it and I haven’t tried it, so please give me advice.
