My original nose had a hump and a drooping, arrow-shaped tip, and I had osteotomy, raised the nasal tip using septal cartilage, and used a very small amount of 1 mm silicone. I don’t know if I’m just sensitive, but it sometimes hurts with a tingling pain, and sometimes the nasal tip gets red. Usually this doesn’t happen, right? I want to remove the silicone and have revision surgery to reshape it using some kind of cartilage. For revision surgery, would ㅍㄹㅁ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅊㅁ be okay?ㅠㅠ If you know any reviews or information, I’d be grateful if you could let me know. I’m going for a consultation at ㅅㅇ in November, do you think it’ll be okay?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
