It’s been a little under 2 weeks since the removal For my first surgery, I only had septal cartilage and ear cartilage at the nasal tip I had the septal cartilage completely removed, and they said a step-off could form at the nasal tip, so I left just a little ear cartilage and had cartilage repositioning done But the shape hasn’t changed from my operated nose Except that the sharpness that felt like it would seriously poke through my nose has become a little rounder my columella still looks cut off, and the tip is still long and high.. When does this gradually go back to my original nose? Does it go back at all? The nasal tip is still so hard + projects long, as if there’s still septal cartilage there My original nose was a bit droopy with a lowered columella but the nasal tip and columella are stiff as if there’s a support strut... Is it because it’s still way too early? The clinic says now isn’t the time for the shape to show yet But when I look at reviews, it seems like the shape mostly shows by week 2, doesn’t it? I got so mentally distressed that I couldn’t sleep until 5 a.m. and cried..
dddssfqw It looked that unnatural even though you did it without silicone....?? Even after removing it, the nose keeps changing because space forms, so scar tissue can fill in or it can get pinched, but it’ll become better and more natural than before removal~~ Let’s not cry

Is there anyone who’s debating whether to remove it or not? Sometimes it looks okay, but under certain lighting it doesn’t, so I’m torn. It’s been over 6 months for me now, and I made an appointment for removal, but I’m really unsure.
