I had my first surgery 3 years ago, and after an accident the silicone became crooked. I didn’t like the shape of my nose from the beginning, the step-off was severe, the nasal tip was raised too much, and most importantly, it was the complete opposite of the nose shape and line I had wanted. So I’m looking into getting revision surgery at another hospital this time. I live abroad, so while I’m in Korea this time, I’m trying to visit lots of hospitals and go with the one I feel most drawn to. I’m really visiting all the famous places. But the hospital where I had my first surgery said that while correcting my bulbous nose, it was overcorrected too much and my skin became very thin, so there may be a limit to making the nasal tip higher in a dramatic way. Because of that, some of the hospitals I had actually been expecting a lot from refused surgery or told me to look into other hospitals. Still, while going around for consultations, the places I felt somewhat okay about were RU, Olive, Be The New, and Seongpum. Except for RU, they seem to have a natural feel, but RU is too expensive, and even looking at their photos, I’m not sure if it’s the feel I want. If my nasal tip can’t be raised much, there may not be a big difference whether it’s dramatic or natural, but I thought that as I kept going around, I’d find somewhere that really pulled me in. For now, I don’t think I have. I also went to The Door, but after the consultation, I felt like the nose shape I want wouldn’t come out there, so I passed. I also booked Top Class, Eton, Human, Honesty, Chamin, JT, Named, and Item. Looking at photos and reviews, I do like Top Class and Named, but among these, which hospitals are good at doing dramatic revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage? Please look over my list. If anyone here has had surgery or a consultation at any of these hospitals, please tell me, even privately ㅠㅠ

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
