Went to ㅎㅇㅇㄷ(ㅇㅈㅎ) I had it done at a really huge hospital before, and I don’t remember it that well, but I do remember thinking it was just really chaotic lol Maybe because this place is a private clinic, the overall atmosphere was definitely really calm and kind of comfortable.. I went without deciding on the material separately, but they said the internal cartilage was slightly damaged during my first surgery, so structurally it would be better to use autologous costal cartilage, so I think I’ll have to use autologous costal cartilage I’ll have to go to other places too to know for sure, but I’m keeping this one for now They’ll revise both the hump and bulbous nose, correct the columella too.. anyway it seems like it’ll be a major surgery.. It’s right to look into autologous costal cartilage, right? Thankfully, from what I saw, they seem good at handling autologous costal cartilage, so that’s okay, but when I was looking for clinics I just booked places that people go to a lot for revision surgery and where noses look pretty, so I’m wondering if I need to look again ah my head hurts
