I had a slightly protruding mouth and crooked teeth, so after worrying about it for a year, I got orthodontic treatment. I had 4 wisdom teeth and 4 molars removed, so I think the total period was under 2 years? Then I got my braces off, and now I’m using a removable retainer! lol Seriously, orthodontic treatment was the perfect move. It was such a waste that I spent a year worrying. After taking them off, from my jawline to my facial outline, everything became really softer!!
