They said they used no implant, used septal cartilage for the nasal bridge, and because there was cartilage show-through at the nasal tip, they placed posterior auricular fascia over the tip. But I didn’t want a high nose. I wanted it to look natural, just lifting the drooping nasal tip and filling the dorsum only slightly, but it looks too high. Especially the nasal tip looks excessively large. Could this really all be due to swelling overall?
