While looking for a hospital for revision surgery, I visited Seo Sangwoo, whose blog posts I had usually been reading thoroughly, and had a consultation. I said I just wanted an ordinary nose and had no greed. He told me that even if I only replaced the silicone, there would be no step-off from the nasal tip dropping. I also chose to have layered ear cartilage grafting on the nasal tip, and I am satisfied with the result. It turned out naturally and well.
