*Reason I started considering revision surgery : I’m not sure if the skin on my nasal bridge has gotten thinner, but it feels like something is showing through, and there’s a slight redness (only visible under light) +Every time inflammatory acne appears around my nose, I get anxious that it might be a silicone side effect *Priorities : Whether implant-free surgery is possible and what types of implant-free options there are (Preferably a direction where silicone can be avoided as much as possible) *Thoughts after getting all the consultations If I remove the silicone, I think my nose will become noticeably lower and I’ll feel a sense of loss, so I’ve been shopping around to see if it can be done without an implant After all the consultations, I’m wondering if implant-free surgery is difficult for a low nose with a bulbous nose.. my mind is unsettled I don’t think I really have nasal inflammation or side effects, so I keep debating whether I should just do autologous costal cartilage + silicone, or just not have surgery and live as I am.. I’m curious what everyone would do.. 1)ㅇㄷㅅ +There is a blood test fee -CT taken, cost 10,000 won -Lateral nasal osteotomy -Recommend inserting silicone -Of course they will remove nasal tip fat too -My skeletal structure is on the larger side, so it would be better to raise the nose upward a bit -If they raise it to improve the bulbous nose, a step-off forms between the nasal bridge and nasal tip, so they recommend silicone -They said they would fill it with dermis and ear cartilage, but it may be somewhat lacking 2)ㅇㅇ -CT was taken but no fee -For bulbous nose improvement, there’s absolutely no method except increasing nasal height -Need to use silicone + rib cartilage.. -Even if fat is removed, scar tissue forms and the bulbous nose gets worse They said it would be fine even if I don’t necessarily do it 3)ㄷㅌㅇㅌ -No CT taken -Waited a long time... -Long consultation with the consultant, long consultation with the director -Seems like I liked this one the most -They said since they do it naturally, silicone doesn’t have to be inserted -The nose will become much lower 4)ㅂㄹㅇ(Director ㄹㄷㅇ) -Donor dermis + autologous costal cartilage + (septal cartilage if possible, but they said it may be difficult) -They also do lateral nasal osteotomy to create a slimmer image -The chief director explained kindly 5)ㅊㅁ(Director ㅁㅅㄱ) -CT 27,000 won -It took an extremely long time until the consultation -To firmly support the nasal tip, autologous costal cartilage + dermis are needed -They said my nose is not on the low side, so they recommend just removing everything; they think there won’t be a big difference Option 1: autologous costal cartilage + dermis Option 2: Additional cost for AlloDerm for the step-off and nasal tip depression -They said my rhinitis is severe and that it would be better to have surgery (honestly, it wasn’t very uncomfortable, so I didn’t know it was severe) 6)ㅍㅇㅈ(Director ㅅㅇㅅ) -CT 20,000 won -Consultation was quick -Director was gentle and kind☆ -Donor dermis for the nasal bridge (MegaDerm), cartilage for the nasal tip, bulbous nose correction, nostril lowering to align the columella 7)ㅂㄴㄴ -No CT fee -Consultation was quick (with the director and consultant together) -They said if the bone framework is large, the director can shave it down -Bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle correction, nasal tip point correction, nostril lowering -Silicone + septal cartilage (if septal cartilage isn’t possible, donor rib cartilage) -Other places said the silicone currently inside is about 4 mm, but here they said it’s 5 mm..? That was surprising, but when I look at surgery reviews, it’s the style I want, and the director kindly explained with drawings, so my mind is leaning slightly AS 10 years CCTV disclosed 8)ㅁㅋ Plastic Surgery (Director ㅈㅈㅎ) ㄴThey also said implant-free autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge + nasal tip is possible, but there isn’t much information, so I’m debating 9)ㅂㄹㅋ ㄴThere’s too little information, and they say reservations take a long time, so I’m debating
조잉 Oh wow, I had mine done at ㅁㅋ recently, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge and tip I think the shape came out well haha Do you want a dramatic-looking nose??? Mine is closer to natural-glam, so

Reader 7 ㄷㅌㅇㅌ is.. there may be individual differences, but after having it done there, I’m considering revision surgery because of structural issues such as silicone position and nasal tip drooping. It’s just my experience, so I hope you only take it as a reference for now
Reader 8 I’d also recommend ㅁㅊㅍ, I was satisfied I had hump nose + bulbous nose correction + alar base incision, and although my originally deviated nose wasn’t perfectly corrected, I’m very satisfied with the shape itself

I got my first surgery here. I should have gotten it from the chief director, but they made my nose really long, so my face looked masculine. I remember that another person who got it from the chief director had a really pretty line. I’m…

<Reason for recommendation> I’m satisfied enough that, without adding a single lie, I would recommend it to my family. Every time I meet people who knew my old nose, anyone who is interested in rhinoplasty always asks me where I got it…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewOct 12 I guess it’s true that nose surgery is something you end up doing twice
It’s been 3 years since my nose surgery. I like that it was done naturally, but the nasal tip keeps drooping more and more, so I don’t like the shape.. And a slight step-off is forming between the silicone implant and the nasal tip, so…

First of all, after the surgery was over, I thought I was going to die from how hard it was. It didn’t really feel like the staff paid much attention to me (they did come when I called). And they told me not to judge after the splint came…

It’s been 6 years since I had surgery here! The silicone shows through on the nasal bridge and it’s slightly crooked, but it doesn’t bother me a lot, so I’m just living with it. At first, I was depressed because the nasal tip was too…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewOct 12 How long does it take for swelling to go down after revision rhinoplasty?
They said they used no implant, used septal cartilage for the nasal bridge, and because there was cartilage show-through at the nasal tip, they placed posterior auricular fascia over the tip. But I didn’t want a high nose. I wanted it to…
