<Original nose 1><Original nose 2><Current>I had my first rhinoplasty with septal cartilage 8 years ago My original nose was extremely bulbous So I wanted it to look more defined, and at first I was satisfied But as time went by, the skin stretched, the implant at the nasal tip started showing through, and it became way too pointy… Now it has become a complex for me Sometimes when I meet rude people, they go, “You got your nose done!” and stuff When I’m like, “Yeah, I did get my nose done~” and open up about it, they just go “Oh~ I see?” and never say my nose is pretty, and they give me that look like “it’s so obvious”… you know that feeling? Ha.. I know it looks really obvious too It’s so unpleasant and I don’t even want to go outside.. I’m thinking of getting revision surgery as soon as possible I don’t want anything flashy-refined either, I just want it to look natural Rounded and soft.. Since my original nose was really upturned and blunt, I want it not to be upturned, with a rounded nasal tip Could you please give me honest opinions on hospital recommendations (I’m not too sure about initials, so please in a private comment;) and what surgical method might be better for my nose..??

기뮤링이요 I think it might be because the nose really has this very sharply sleek? kind of feel. I’m looking at Nana, Top Class, and Ilmiri because people say they still go to those places a lot.
