I had a consultation for nose implant removal and now I’m worried. The silicone is currently right under the skin, so it needs to be removed immediately. If you look at the nasal tip, it’s red and noticeableㅠㅠ Option 1: ㅊㅁ Hospital. First, remove the silicone right away with a closed approach and put autologous dermis in the nasal tip. They said immediate removal is the right thing for now, and after removing it and checking the shape, we can then decide whether to add another surgery later, either with option 2, an open approach, or something else. Option 2: ㅁㅌ Hospital. First, remove the silicone with a closed approach within September. They said the shape will become more upturned and look strange. After waiting about 6–12 months, with option 2, open surgery, lower the nasal tip that has turned upward, or…
