I did not have the surgery, but when I consulted with them, they pursued a very natural look. When I said I did not want to use silicone, they said that because my skin was thin to begin with, I should not use silicone. My nasal tip was low and I had a hump, and they said that if they shaved down the hump completely, it could look unnatural, so they suggested shaving only half of it, raising the nasal tip with ear cartilage, and filling the middle part with autologous dermis. I was a little hesitant about using dermis, but after thinking about it, I felt it might be okay. During the consultation, which lasted a little over an hour, they kept touching my nose and emphasized that a flashy nose would not suit me, so it should be made as natural as possible. Since I also pursue naturalness, I think it matched me well, and I was very happy that they actively reflected my opinion.
