Review of a third nose surgery

Before<Before>Before<Before><1 week><2 weeks><1 month><2 months><3 months><4 months>After my first nose surgery, I didn’t like the shape, so I had a revision. During the revision, I thought if my nose looked long it might make me look older, so I asked them to make it look short. But what do you know.. after I did it and looked, it was too upturned and low, and my nostrils showed So I decided on a third nose surgery and looked around, and after 3 surgeries, I got a nose I’m satisfied with. At the consultation, I told them about the failures of my previous nose surgeries and said it was okay if I looked less young and even if my philtrum looked long.. I told them I wanted a pretty, high, glamorous nose.. hah.. My nose is definitely higher than before, and the upturned-looking nasal tip improved a lot. The nose length is slightly longer than before, but that doesn’t make me look older or anything. I think the director designed it incredibly well. haha
