I’m on day 12 after nose surgery. Three days ago, my skin suddenly became like this. I’ve never had acne, even when I was a student, so I don’t even know whether this is closed comedonal acne or inflammatory/pustular acne. White little granules are protruding, and the skin underneath is reddish and blotchy. Is this a side effect? I was about to start making plans soon, but now I can’t go outside. Could it be because I haven’t been able to exfoliate or remove sebum properly during this time? I originally have dry skin, but my T-zone suddenly became shiny and oily. Is there anyone like me?
