Has anyone here used costal cartilage particles for the nasal bridge?... I’m considering revision because of side effects, so I can’t use silicone. I’m debating whether to put Megaderm or costal cartilage particles in the nasal bridge. Even if costal cartilage particles are wrapped in fascia and inserted, do they still get absorbed a lot? With Megaderm, aside from absorption, a lot of people say it makes the nose bulky, so I’m worried... and there aren’t many reviews for costal cartilage particles, so I’m scared

유아이앙 I’m the one who had my nasal bridge done with ground autologous costal cartilage.. My skin is sensitive too, so instead of silicone, I had autologous costal cartilage finely ground and used for the nasal bridge. I had it done at Jeongㅇ, and they said you can basically consider the absorption rate almost nonexistent.
