I went around for nose removal consultations today, and they said they would do nasal cartilage repositioning and cartilage tying… A lot of people say that if you do nasal cartilage tying, you get a pinched nose, and they said they do it with non-absorbable sutures. Another clinic said that if I don’t leave the support strut, my nose will become upturned, so I absolutely have to leave the support strut. Is there anyone here who had cartilage tying or left the support strut while removing the nose implant?
