On May 20, I had a hump nose procedure. They shaved the nasal bridge bone, put in 1 mm of silicone, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip... Around day 12, the swelling wasn’t going down at all and I had pain, so I went to the hospital, and they said it was inflammation, so they removed the silicone. It’s now been 5 days since removal.. I took off the tape and looked in the mirror, and what on earth is this.... The area where they shaved the nasal bone is fine, but below that, the part between the nasal tip and nasal dorsum has become depressed. It’s sunken in deeply.. And what’s funny is, only the right side is sunken, and when I touch the left side, it’s hard.. On the sunken right side, I can feel thin skin, and I can feel the bone right underneath, and the flesh feels very dry, stuck tightly to the bone, like it’s deeply sunken.. Do you know what I mean? ㅜ ㅜ And right after that, the nasal tip rises sharply, so from the side, the line is very uneven.. For the first few days after surgery, I liked the shape, so I was happy thinking it went well, but with inflammation,, and now even a depression, I’m so depressed... If anyone received information from me, please take note.. (I no longer recommend this hospital......) I’m planning to go to the hospital right away on Monday...... What should I say, and what should I ask them to do.. I really can’t find an answer... Even if I ask them to lower the nasal tip, what about the depressed area.. Even if they put silicone back in, I’ll probably have to wait 6 months. If I ask them to inject filler in the meantime, would they do it.. ㅜ The phrase “going crazy and jumping out of my skin” is exactly my situation right now.. I’m really scared to look in the mirror every day now because of my nose shape.. Anyone with experience..
