Because I’ve always wanted so much when it comes to my nose... this is already my 4th nose surgery.. The very first one was such a long time ago, and I had silicone placed with a closed approach.. 2nd time... I had an open approach with silicone and even ear cartilage harvested, but I developed inflammation, so it was removed...(This was in Sinchon..) On top of that, because it was inflamed... I lived for over a year after removing the silicone.. 3rd time... thinking, “Cosmetic surgery really is Apgujeong~~,” I went to some plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong..... open approach with silicone and AlloDerm.... it was a straight nose.. Since this was my 4th surgery.... I researched a lot here and there and had it done at a place that specializes only in noses.. Because I’d had surgery often... my skin had gotten very thin too, and it even showed through a lot.... but this time it doesn’t show through.. I had it done with an open approach using Gore-Sili and AlloDerm.... please take a look and tell me if the surgery turned out well..
