Day 10 after zygoma reduction + jaw surgery. Morning has come.

The spot where you pressed down one side yesterday is a little more swollen, so one nostril looks uneven. I think it'll go back once the swelling stabilizes.. My nose was already crooked to begin with, so my nostrils were uneven.. After surgery, though, they had made my nose perfectly aligned. I'm putting Terramycin on the reopened area diligently, and I'm not touching my face at all with things like washing my face or cotton pads. I'm also trying not to move my facial muscles much even in unavoidable situations like sneezing. They cleaned the inside of my nostrils thoroughly, so I'm breathing comfortably. I just had a little runny nose and a tiny bit of bleeding. I think that's nothing much.. Oh right, since the surgery yesterday, I found a slightly red area on the tip of my nose! I should ask about that today.. I think it's probably nothing serious, but you never know.. My right jaw feels very comfortable. When I apply Terramycin to my nose, I also carefully apply it to the wound area around the drainage tube. When I eat.. I cut sterile gauze in half, spread Terramycin over about one-third of it, and then bite it with my right jaw.. I eat like that. After I finish eating, I remove it right away, then take my medicine, rinse my mouth, and gargle immediately. I also check to make sure there isn't any foreign material left in my mouth. Since the eating process is a bit complicated, I ended up eating a pretty big breakfast all at once this morning.. I don't even feel like snacking at all.. I just keep stuffing everything in whenever I eat...-ㅅ- My belly is poking out a little in an endearing way~ I said I was going to take walks too, but my legs are turning more and more into radishes~ hahat.. Since turning 18, I haven't really worried much about weight.. Maybe it's time to think about dieting a little.
