I had surgery on my nasal tip and nasal bridge 5 years ago. I did get what people commonly call a natural-glam nose, but before even 5 years passed, the nasal tip drooping has become severe. And as in other people’s reviews, they always recommend other additional surgeries, such as paranasal augmentation, and I think I’m glad I didn’t do it. If only the nose shape had lasted a long time, it would be a place where I’d want to get revision surgery again.
