I went for a consultation about alar lifting, but they said it would not be effective and recommended columella lowering, so I did that. The director seemed to have a lot of professional knowledge. Other plastic surgery clinics in my local area could not solve it, but I did it here and I’m satisfied. I guess Seoul really is different.. It did not come down as much as I wanted, but it seems to have come down about 70%. From a feeling like the columella had been cut off, my face looks much more natural now.
