I’m going for an extremely natural look, so I’m worried that if I use autologous costal cartilage, my nasal tip might become pointy and the line might look too smooth and flashy.. Doctors say it’s a difference in height, not a difference in material. They say autologous costal cartilage can also look natural if it’s raised only a little, but I’m curious about the experiences of people who have actually had it done. At first it may look rounded, but later, once the swelling goes down, I feel like the firm costal cartilage line might show. Has anyone raised the nose naturally with autologous costal cartilage, not in a flashy way? 1) rounded nasal tip 2) a design that doesn’t project too far forward
티끌모아돈 I used autologous costal cartilage, and it looks natural.
추가연닝 I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and it turned out natural. After my primary surgery, I got inflammation from the silicone, so I spent a lot of money on the revision and had autologous costal cartilage ground down and placed in the nasal bridge at a clinic. The nasal tip was also done with autologous costal cartilage. From the start, I only raised the nasal tip slightly, and it’s much better than my original nose, but it doesn’t look obviously operated on.
문문쎄리 It can also be done with a rounded nasal tip. Height is height, but.... Maybe autologous costal cartilage often looks that way because a lot of people who get it have contracture or drooping nasal tips..? Like me.. haha When you have contracture, autologous costal cartilage is the only option, you know??? So I’m looking at hospitals that use costal cartilage well, and there do seem to be some hospitals that are good at making the nasal tip rounded..;; It seems like a lot of people go there even for primary surgery. I’m looking at places like ㅇㅅㅎ(ㅏㄴㅓㅇㅕㅇ), ㅇㅊㅂ(ㅣㅅㅡㅣ), ㅇㅌ(ㅔㅗㄴ).. Check the reviews and see if there’s a look you want.
유령류영 Me! It’s even a revision, but I’m being told it looks much less obviously operated on than after my primary surgery. I had it done at a clinic, and since you never know, go consult at all the other places too and decide carefully.
