I had surgery using only ear cartilage without an implant, and in the operating room they took care of all the pretty details I had missed, perfectly and sensibly (things like lowering the columella, lifting the nasal alae). By my standards, the director's aesthetic sense is really, really good. Go on the site and look at the reviews. The noses do look copy-pasted, but they're genuinely pretty in a delicate, compact way lolololol Even if I get revision surgery, I want to do it here.
