I had it done 4 years ago with septal cartilage + silicone, and I still haven’t had any side effects. The nasal tip has come down a bit compared to the beginning. If you prefer a natural-looking place, I think this place is the top choice. They were also the kindest and best among the places I went to for consultations. When I had it done, there was a separate anesthesiologist, and that was an advantage.
